Corporate mindfulness training

Learn mindfulness techniques for relieving tension, finding focus and improving resilience which leads to an overall sense of well-being. Classes include sitting, walking, sound and visualisation meditation practices.

Schools Program

Our classes introduce meditation and mindfulness practices to build personal awareness, help to relieve tension and improve general well-being.

We work with you to co-create a curriculum that reflects the needs of the students and school. Classes are practical and designed to provide students, teachers, and parents with foundations for ongoing practice and a common language to explore personal awareness, emotional self-regulation, and insight.

We also run Teach-the-Teacher programs.

Private lessons: Meditation and Philosophy

Tamkey with TeacherPrivate lessons are designed to fit the needs of the student and their personal circumstances, by providing meditation techniques and Lojong Mind Training approaches to integrate into a daily practice program. Teachers Tamkey and Claire work with the student closely to find a practice that benefits their lifestyle and provide a Teacher-Student bond that aides personal growth and discovery.

Duration: 2 hours
