Schools Program
Our classes introduce meditation and mindfulness practices to build personal awareness, help to relieve tension and improve general well-being.
We work with you to co-create a curriculum that reflects the needs of the students and school. Classes are practical and designed to provide students, teachers, and parents with foundations for ongoing practice and a common language to explore personal awareness, emotional self-regulation, and insight.
We also run Teach-the-Teacher programs.

Private lessons: Meditation and Philosophy
Private lessons are designed to fit the needs of the student and their personal circumstances, by providing meditation techniques and Lojong Mind Training approaches to integrate into a daily practice program. Teachers Tamkey and Claire work with the student closely to find a practice that benefits their lifestyle and provide a Teacher-Student bond that aides personal growth and discovery.
Duration: 2 hours
