Lojong Meditation is the ancient and profound Tibetan Buddhist practice of transforming the mind by integrating meditation into daily life.
Founded in 2012 by husband and wife team Tamkey (a former Tibetan Buddhist Monk of 19 years and practitioner of 21 years) and Claire Spencer (practitioner of 19 years) their goal is to bring a sense of peace, build resilience, contentment and general well-being for their students and the wider community.
